Faced with the problem of growing their service capabilities in line with increasing business demands, Mishimoto tasked DotcomWeavers to enhance their current website with a dynamic and scalable eCommerce tool that delivered an outstanding customer experience.

OUR SOLUTION

We worked with Mishimoto to improve all customer interfacing issues by re-platforming their site from Yahoo to Magento. By leveraging key features and sales modules, we created an intuitive and effective eCommerce website. Some highlights of the project include an interactive parts finder (by make/model/year) synchronized with their inventory management system, a robust loyalty program for increased customer interaction and retention, Helpdesk integration, international shipping options, and fraud prevention.
